Orders are shipped on business days only. Please note: Shipping days do not include public holidays.

We currently only ship within Australia.

Order Tracking

Once you receive your shipping confirmation email you can track your order using the tracking number provided. If the tracking link is not available you can paste your tracking number into the search bar in the Australia Post tracking page.

Lost/Damaged Parcels

As much care is taken to package and ship your parcel however, in the unlikely event that the courier has confirmed that either damaged or lost your parcel in transit, we will do our best to assist you in with getting the most favourable outcome where possible.

FLUORIDE

Fluoride, included as sodium fluoride, is an essential ingredient that helps to strengthen tooth enamel and protect against everyday wear. It works by supporting the natural remineralisation process, keeping enamel strong and resilient. Our formula contains fluoride at levels consistent with standard over-the-counter toothpaste (below 1450 ppm), providing safe, daily protection when used as part of a regular oral care routine.

ABRASIVES

Our toothpaste contains hydrated silica, a gentle polishing agent that helps remove surface stains and plaque without damaging enamel. This ingredient works to lift impurities that accumulate from food and beverages, leaving teeth feeling smooth, clean, and refreshed after every brush

BASE & MOISTURE RETENTION

The base of our toothpaste is made up of water, sorbitol, polyethylene glycol (PEG), and xanthan gum. These ingredients give the toothpaste its creamy, stable texture and help it spread evenly across your teeth. Water acts as a universal solvent, while sorbitol and PEG retain moisture to prevent the paste from drying out. Xanthan gum provides thickness and consistency, ensuring the toothpaste remains easy to use and pleasant in texture.

FOAMING & CLEANSING AGENTS

To help the toothpaste reach all areas of the mouth, we use sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), a mild foaming and cleansing agent. SLS helps the toothpaste foam up as you brush, allowing it to lift away food particles and debris more effectively. The amount used is carefully balanced to provide a clean, refreshed feeling without being harsh or irritating.

FLAVOURS & FRESHNESS

Menthol and sodium saccharin are included to give the toothpaste its pleasant taste and long-lasting freshness. Menthol provides a cool, minty sensation that invigorates your mouth and breath, while sodium saccharin adds a gentle sweetness without using sugar. Together, they make brushing feel clean and refreshing every time.

SUPPORTING & STABLISING INGREDIENTS

To keep the toothpaste stable, fresh, and effective, we include sodium benzoate, sodium phytate, phytic acid, and sodium pyrophosphate. Sodium benzoate acts as a preservative to maintain freshness, while sodium phytate and phytic acid help bind excess minerals and keep the paste smooth. Sodium pyrophosphate helps prevent surface buildup on teeth, contributing to a cleaner and smoother feel after brushing.
